Be afraid, be very afraid! This company was hired by a maid service who damaged my brand new travertine tile custom built shower by using a harsh chemical that left streaks in the tile. Phx Carpet Cleaning, who has a sub company Valleywide Stonecare, assured me they could fix the damage by honing and buffing it out & then resealing. I wasn't sure if anyone could clean my carpets anymore. We had tried almost everyone. With 2 kids and two pets, you can imagine what our carpet looked like. Puppy and kid marks that I had tried everything on. I was surprised to see all that stuff just powered out of the carpet with the scrubbing and steam thing they had. Just wanted to say that these guys got the job done.
Phoenix Carpet Cleaning cleaned my slate floors inside and out, as well as the carpet in 3 rooms. They did a fantastic job. The price was more than fair, and the floors look better than I thought they ever would. The guy who came to clean the floors was very nice and very professional. I think he really took pride in his work. I have already recommended these guys to my neighbors.
