They came and cleaned my carpet for a reasonable price for a party I was throwing for my son. Everything looked great but not even 3 days my carpet looked worse than it did before! Spots in places where there wasn’t before. I let the owner know twice and he said he would come and a no show both times! Doesn’t answer my calls, texts, or Facebook messages. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I am pretty sure my house was robbed by this gentleman. I am making this anonymous so he doesn't try and do anything negative to my family or house, because when I confronted him, nicely, about the matter, he threatened me and told me to never contact him again. I am missing jewelry in my bedroom where he cleaned the carpet, and I am missing a 100 bill I had in my dresser. Why was he in my dresser? I don't know.
