Good experience and made very easy to buy. Bought a 2013 BMW 520d in November 24. The car is now in the BMW garage with complete engine failure. No warranty was offered with the car, which was understandable for the age and milage, however a pre sales service might have picked up the potential issue.
I have just sold a car to Phoenix, a very professional company and a pleasure to work with. Sales price agreed and paid within seconds.
Phoned re: a BMW they had for sale, was told I’d be sent further info on WhatsApp within 20 mins (re: service history / bodywork). Heard nothing so sent a follow up message in the evening, and still heard nothing over a day later. I’d planned to head down within the hour to purchase as I’m local and needed a car promptly. Won’t bother again guys - good luck to you.
