I cannot recommend David at Phoenix Body Solutions enough! After suffering from a hamstring strain at the Bix 7 race in July (and severe plantar fasciitis), I thought I’d be sidelined for a long time. I was signed up to run the Quad Cities half marathon Sept 28th but had not run in a month due to these pain issues. David gives an ACTUAL deep tissue massage. Two days post massage and all of the chronic tension spots I have feel WAY better. He explains muscle groups in the tension spots and how to stretch to prevent them in the future. I will be a repeat customer!
