I’m 71 years old and a long time friend and client of Phoenix. On November 30th of 2020 I contracted Covid-19. Even with all the precautions that I’d been taking since the onset of the pandemic, I still became infected. This is a fantastic gym!! All the coaches, Steph, Elle, and Court are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. They really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Small and private gym that feels more personal. Thank you ladies for keeping motivated. Highly recommended!
