**Terrible customer service **I visited Phoenix Beauty in Ashfield Mall (not the health store) and had a really bad experience. The staff member was rude and followed us around the store the entire time, making us feel very uncomfortable as if we were going to steal something. My friend tried to ask about a product and got cut off with a blunt “no” before she could even finish her sentence. I was about to buy something expensive but changed my mind because of the terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back.
