I called every shop in fort smith to get an alignment and adjustment on my car that’s lowered on coilovers and they were the only ones willing to touch it and get me in the same day! I really appreciate this shop for helping me finish my car and it was affordable, thank you guys so much!
Tyler and the rest of the crew at Phoenix Tire always come through and always do a good job. Went in early one morning for a/c work and they did a great job while I waited and I got back in with cold air and clean steering wheel and floors! Been using them for years and have never been disappointed.
I didn’t want to make this post but I am, I took my car down to LOCAL WHEEL AND TIRE off Rodgers Avenue in July, they did my alignment, my steering wheel was offset to the right, I took the car back 3 TIMES for them to fix it and they failed to do so, they told me I had a control arm “broke” which is why they couldn’t align it, nothing was broke, they kept making excuses on how they couldn’t “fix my caster”, I spent 100$ for them to align it and NEVER again will I let them or have someone go to them for it, I went through 2... read more
Superb as usual. I take my vehicles there when they need serviced and get quality mechanics and great customer service.
Friendly with quality service and great prices. I went in for tires and had my 2 year old with me. They were welcoming and made my toddler feel safe to be there. My family has been coming here for many years and we will continue to come here for many more.
