I called every shop in fort smith to get an alignment and adjustment on my car that’s lowered on coilovers and they were the only ones willing to touch it and get me in the same day! I really appreciate this shop for helping me finish my car and it was affordable, thank you guys so much!
Tyler and the rest of the crew at Phoenix Tire always come through and always do a good job. Went in early one morning for a/c work and they did a great job while I waited and I got back in with cold air and clean steering wheel and floors! Been using them for years and have never been disappointed.
Had a tire leak from a nail on my way to work. Just happened to be close by but this was my first time at this shop. They had me in and out before my ride could even come pick me up. I was impressed with their speed and everyone was very kind. I will be back!
Friendly with quality service and great prices. I went in for tires and had my 2 year old with me. They were welcoming and made my toddler feel safe to be there. My family has been coming here for many years and we will continue to come here for many more.
Yall I hydroplaned off the road, and my car drove so messed up I just knew something was broke. They could have told me anything was broke and I would have paid for it. Instead they told me the bare minimum it would take to fix it( an alignment) and recommended 2 new tires so it wouldn't happen again. I did exactly what they recommended, and 3 months later I have had 0 issues with my vehicle. Good, quality, honest shop.
