I purchased a Phoenix 13.6 inch infotainment system for my 2019 ram 1500. The unit looked great. It was packaged well good quality for the most part. The only issues that I had with it was it needed to be programmed for my specific vehicle their tech-support was somewhat OK but due to being based overseas and the language barrier, it was kind of hard to understand. I ordered from them three weeks ago and asked for an update five days ago and have not gotten a response, an update or any kind of information on when or if it is coming
Worst customer service experience I have EVER HAD! Ordered a $600 radio and paid for priority shipping only to discover that it doesn’t even matter because THEY CANT SHIP PRIORITY! I was told 2-4 days for my radio to ship. Here we are 8 days later NOTHING HAS SHIPPED! Now I’m being told I have to wait until after the Chinese New Year holiday (Feb 23rd) for the radio to ship. DO NOT BUY! I purchased a unit for my truck and they sent me the wrong equipment. I have reached out and sent pics and they are still not wanting to make it right. The stuff they sent WILL NOT work with my heat and a/c. They do not want to send a return label and trying to stall for the after 30 day no return policy. in fine print.
