I ordered a Tesla-style touchscreen for my 2007 Chevy Suburban on April 13 and it took well over a month to be delivered. Recently bought a new radio head unit from them. Everything seemed to be working correctly but had no sound. Katherine from tech support did a great job helping to troubleshoot and get it working. Great job!! And thanks again.
SC7870 for 2014 Explorer. So far pretty upset. Order takes a month to deliver, keep that in mind when ordering. Comes from Asia. Tracking when ordered showed in Hong Kong. The one I ordered said keep OEM sync2. SC7870 CANNOT use stock module! I even put in a ticket to make sure I was ordering the correct unit and this was never clarified.
