FIND SOMETHING ELSE! Not worth the hassle or “cheap price”. I ordered a radio for a 2019 Silverado on March 4th. Heard nothing for weeks until I finally called the (call center in the Philippines). They sent messages to the company and still nothing but wait 1-2 more weeks. Cadillac CTS android screen , complete trash , device is slow and unstable , Bluetooth does not work , back up camera not working console settings does not do anything big waste of time , even some of the connectors would not fit the device and needed to be modified , Tech support was absolutely useless , they have no experience, troubleshooting device and barely speak English !!
Got mine Installed by them and they did an excellent job would recommend and thanks to Coraima from Phoenix Automotive she made it all happen thanks
Excellent products and service after the sale. I called on Sunday with an installation issue. They set an appointment the next day for me and everything got resolved. Ended up being my fault (i didn't plug in the correct connector)
