Long review ahead as customer service this bad can't be squeezed into a few words. TL;DR: Subpar products, abysmal customer service. Ordered 13" vertical screen unit with largest ram & rom($748.99) for my 18' Nissan Titan on 02/24/2026. Had been on the fence about buying for some time.
