First and foremost this is a review for the unit, and the remote support for installation. I cannot speak for the quality and performance of the installation services at this location. My vehicle is torn apart in the shop for almost two weeks now. I'm paying daily storage for my tech to wait in 24 to 48 hour "escalated" calls that NEVER materialize. Have used a Phoenix Automotive radio in my 2013 Chevy Avalanche for a few years now. It really upgrades the system with more modern features. The Wireless Android Auto is a game changer. I've only had to contact support a few times for software issues and support has generally been responsive and quick to resolve any issues I've had. I highly recommend them
