Had a pretty good experience with the customer service I like it because it's 24 hours it took me awhile to figure out some things for once I was able to figure it out and go through the process then everything just went perfect very nice radio I mean makes my truck look futuristic because the Nissan Titan comes with a small radio you know scream this right here added a 14 inch screen on it turn my manual air conditioning to the light automatic also the radio
This has been, without question, the worst customer experience I have ever had. I returned two defective stereos that the company acknowledged receiving, yet they have still refused to issue a refund. This process has dragged on for nearly a year with zero resolution and no accountability. Communication has been inconsistent, delays are constant, and at this point they are holding hundreds of dollars of my money with nothing to show for it. No reputable company operates this way.
