Great product for your car even if you are not a DIYer. Initially plugged it into my car and it didn’t work. Called tech support on a Saturday and Sunday, and they were extremely helpful!! Mark help me on Saturday get the power to the unit and turned on and then Sunday after i played with it for a bit and realized some features weren’t working Anne in tech support was extremely friendly and helpful in getting everything working the way i wanted it. Couldn’t be happier with Phoenix Automotive!!
