Buyer beware. Horrible customer service in my experience. 20 plus phone calls over 3 weeks to ask specific questions about which products to purchase and potential wholesale account. Not one time answered the phone. The callback service called in a timely fashion just to State that they were unavailable and I should call back again. I did place an order but did not complete all the vehicle information to show that I had intention of purchase and to force them to contact me. Absolutely horrible company. They sent me the incorrect radio (international version, not the US version). All they say is "I will also forward this matter to our relevant department for further review and assistance." Took a chargeback for them to get back in contact with me after a month of ignoring my communication to them. Their response to rectify THEIR mistake was less than par. Save your money, time and blood pressure.... stay away from this fraud of a company.

Terrible company. Couldnt contact til i threatened filing with credit card. They then called. Seen live all issues. Prolonged. Finally got return. Partial refund because they said unit had scratches which didnt. Wish id seen these reviews. Had file for remaing miney owed. Terrible customer service as others stated. I think they gonna try reselling unit as open box when ac controls dont work. Leftside color goes out or if on diff shsde of that color. Thats just few issues. Wish could post pics and videos

They got the Tesla size screen to me in about a week. 12.1" vertical screen for my 2011 Mustang GT California Special. Stereo worked right off. Steering wheel, AC fans stereo volume and fast forward and rewind all worked. Heated seats as well. About a week later for some reason the Canbuss settings were gone. I called and Shereena was able to help me out and got me the correct settings. I'm back on the roads. Those gauges on the screen? yeah, they work. You can add your own car as well. ⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing Experience I am very disappointed with my experience with Phoenix Automotive. The radio has had multiple problems. The microphone does not work properly during phone calls, and the instructions and files they provided to customize the unit did not work as expected. I spent a lot of time trying to resolve these issues and contacting customer service. I requested a full refund, and I am still waiting for a clear response regarding the refund process.
