Absolutely terrible experience with Phoenix Auto Mall. My husband and I purchased a truck from them for just under $40,000 on November 3rd, and the transmission went out the SAME DAY. We were told to bring it back on November 4th and assured they would fix it. That “fix” turned into over a month of waiting, with little to no communication. It was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, and getting updates felt like pulling teeth.
