The owner came to my rescue I called and he said come on down and he was great no pressure got me in a car so fast I was just amazed how easy he made it for me thanks!!
Me and my boyfriend went to look at a vehicle yesterday and fell inlove with it instantly. We got there and he didn’t hound us and was really nice. He just gave us the keys and let us go for a little test ride. We got back and just knew we wouldn’t find anything better so we signed the papers for it. Although we have not purchased a vehicle from Phoenix Auto Brokers, we had an issue recently with our own vehicle. The owner, Henry Simmerman, went out of his way to assist us and get us back up and running. If he is this willing to help a stranger out, I can only imagine how he would be to one of his own customers. We are so very appreciative of the generosity, kindness, compassion & courtesy of this company & owner. If we are looking for another vehicle, we will definitely start here first! Wish I could give 10 stars!!
Update: To add to the following review. Warning do not buy from this man! In addition to this repair, we have to spend $3 for additional repairs. We bought a Mercedes and it was in the shop one week after we bought it. Took us 4 weeks for the repair-parts. Cost $6000 to fix! I messaged Henry and he just ignored me. Don’t buy from them.
