This was the best auto repair experience I've ever had. I put off replacing my brakes as two of my tires needed new rotors. Say goodbye to lecturing about other unaddressed issues or pushing for unnecessary services! They just suggested an oil change, even though my car really required one. I went in alone, but I was treated the same as the men. I had an amazing experience at Phoenix Auto and Transmission Repair and have since become a loyal customer!
This repair shop is excellent! They are very dependable, and unusually for other locations, the actual cost of the repairs was less than their first estimate. We are grateful to all of you for looking after our Yukon so well!
Without an appointment, I dropped in to see if they could replace the headlight bulb. Larry helped right away and was really cordial. After 45 minutes, they finished, and I left. Their prices are also really fair!
Although my truck's brakes were found to be malfunctioning, the tire valves were the real issue. Their sincerity really stood out to me, especially considering the mechanics' potential benefits. Professionalism is demonstrated by their honesty and ethics. Use them, I suggest, but be ready to wait.
After buying a 2012 Subaru from a private seller, I thought I had bought a real lemon. I took the car to Phoenix Auto and Transmission, where they diagnosed a faulty connection, charged me $110.00, and I haven't had a problem since. Usually, when you tell a shop you just bought a car, they give you a long list of problems, but this time there was just a bad connection. No games involved.
