Doctor Swanholm knows his stuff.
Set appointment for physical 2 weeks ahead of time. Specifically told the staff that i would be self pay for the physical since it was within 10 dollars of my copay. When i arrived the office staff wouldnt admit me without specifically signing the form saying that i had insurance and that i would pay what they didnt cover. I argued with lady about what was told to me over the phone aboit self pay and she promptly told me i could leave or sign the insurance form.
