I started attending 3x/week almost 2 months ago. Every HIIT workout is different so it's never boring. Ryan gives each attendee enough personal attention so you feel *seen* and safe without feeling like he's breathing down your neck. The other members are friendly and welcoming. Personal training is also available.
Great place, I look forward to going to the gym for a change. Ryan made me feel like family from day one. I felt very welcomed and accepted.
Ryan is a great coach, he always has various workouts throughout the month that challenge you and keep you engaged at all times. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Phoenix Arising! Ryan is an amazing trainer! His high intensity work outs along with great nutrition advice will get you the results you need! I LOVE how the work outs change everyday. I enjoy the boot camp style! I admire the group and love how we motivate each other!
