They just finished a restoration on my Star Wars. Took a bit longer than I was quoted but WELL worth the wait. Great job guys!
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! If I could give zero stars I would, he gets one star by default only. The below review is a very shortened description of the nightmare that Phoenix Arcade has put us through.As per the previous posters review, we too have had nothing but trouble with Tim. Ten months ago we purchased a Golden Tee arcade game AND upgrade. Horrible service , had him restore a game and never tells you of its progress and doesn't contact you back and will yell and curse if you confront him about it. Don't get screwed by his incompetence.
