The business started as a small car body repair shop, over time we have expanded to be the primary car repair facility for several insurance companies and car rental companies. In 2014 we expanded again, this time into Alloy Wheel Refurbishment and became the first company in Bristol to own a bespoke alloy wheel diamond cutting machine.

Very poor customer service. Took my vehicle in on Tuesday last week and said i would get it back on the Friday. No communication whatsoever. I managed to speak with them on the Friday and was told i would get my vehicle back the following Monday, it's now Tuesday and i still have not received my car back. I am a disabled person and this is my motobility car which is extremely important to me. I have not been able to meet my needs whilst not having a car. I don't like the term Cowboys but these guys need to keep to repairing wheels because they aren't any good at bodywork. My insurance company sent me there so reluctantly I let them fix a bumper repair. I got the car back after nearly two weeks and I was gobsmacked by the poor quality of the repair plus it picked up new damage to the front of the car. They also put a parking sensor in the wrong way with the left the senor harness hanging free, they didn't put a handle bolt back in, there are now 2 trim covers missing and I am... read more

Wasn't as clean weld as I had hoped but it holds air now and luckily on inside of the wheel so not seen when on vehicle Update: the straightened wheel was weakened and broke, I contacted phoenix by phone who asked me to email with pictures but no response! Don't waste your money
