I had Nick from Phoenix Air Dynamics over today to do a full ac unit replacement in my apartment. Excellent customer service, communication and overall professionalism from him and his crew. I also sensed a genuinely cheerful demeanor from him as well, which was refreshing. I would absolutely recommend Nick and Phoenix Air Dynamics to anyone in need of HVAC services. Thanks again Nick!
Bad customer service
This is our second time having George out to our house and he has always been great! George arrives on time, he is always professional and explains things in a simple way so that we can understand the issues and the cost behind the repair. We bought our unit from this company over 10 years ago and will only do business with them because of their service, professionalism and their trustworthiness.
The tech George was very professional and knowledgeable. He had all systems checked and repaired within 30 minutes. Never once told me I needed a new unit even though unit is 14 years old. He repaired only what was broken quickly. I will be calling Phoenix Air Dynamics for all my HVAC needs
Service is reliable, on-time, friendly and honest! Highly recommend!
