This is the third year that Phoenix takes care of our Valentine's Day group dinner, and once again Nick and team stepped up! As the dinner follows an evening of snowhoeing, we always request something warm and comforting and a tiny bit upscale to honour the occasion. Fanny and Nick prepared delicious beef burgers and mini poke bowls as canapés, serving over 230 guests for our (The Coda Foundation) annual World Cancer Day gala. As our star food sponsor, Traiteur Phoenix truly helped make our fundraising event a success, and their service was exceptional. If you are looking for the most amazing team and an absolutely amazing meal. This is the place. Nick and his team catered our wedding and I have never seen anybody be able to roll with the punches like they did. Amazing work, amazing food and an all around blast.
