I’m not even going to step foot in the office. Newsflash: your front desk represents your company. When they call because they got a referral for you, maybe it’s wise not to say things like “just so you I’ve called twice so I’m not calling again”. Sorry I have a life and can’t schedule without a calendar. I’d rather wait on a list than trust surgery with a place that can’t even speak properly to people.
Our experience is with the Chandler location. My daughter had a 4 part procedure scheduled in December to start in January. THE DAY BEFORE they called and told us it would cost $500 because new year , new deductable. (So they had a month to find this out, and they notified us the day before?) We cancelled. I got the money together, and we started in February. The first appointment they took $40 said they didn't know how much it would cost, and we would be billed. (yay, mystery debt, sounds solid!)
