This place is actually reasonably modern although I would argue none of these multi level units should be beachside. Also, we accidentally wandered onto the property and a lady literally started yelling from her balcony "you don't be belong in here, you shouldn't be in here " and "how did you get in here".. I said through the gate after which she came down from her apartment and escorted us off the property while on the phone with security.
