I moved to the area in June from out of state and working in health care for many years I chose this practice as I have a HMO policy. Worst practice ever, very cold office, horrible customer service and getting in touch with anyone is impossible.. DO NOT RECOMMEND
I was supposed to have an echo cardiogram today; I got to the office on Earrl Dr in Phoenix, checked in for the appointment and found out from other patients that the person who does the echos never showed up for work this morning!!! At 10a when my appointment was for, the reception says they need to reschedule since the provider never came in. What pisses me off is they should have known that after the provider didn't show up for their first echo appointment and should have called patients telling them then that they needed... read more
Dr.B.Vanburen is very professional and nice. She's a good dr.
Avoid going here at all costs, worst time for workers to get back to you. When I first arrived to my apt the front desk was very rude until everyone got back from their lunch break she changed her attitude. Save yourself the stress. Had to wait over one hour after my apt on the phone to get a hold of someone for pain medication to be sent to pharmacy! I was never checked on while I waited and not once did I get a hold of anyone throughout that hold time. They ended up closing the clinic and hung up on me! After I left from m... read more
