Dr Jonathan Song Is incredible person in general. He is kind and compassionate and always understands the person he is working with. He has a way about him that makes you feel comfortable to tell him what’s going on. He believes you and takes your word for what is making you have pain. The office staff at this facility is breathtakingly incompetent!! After going round and round with the office staff they finally texted me to ask if this is the order I wanted faxed. My response was Yes that is the order that was supposedly faxed twice to a number you didn't have and I had to look up and send to you because you are too lazy to do your job!!!
I not sure where to start so i have been told by two different doctors office in sutle way and r.r. Doctor in a very direct way that I am Anemic . The recent stay at the E.r the doctor put on paper to see a hemotolgist . The pcp gave all these reason why i don’t need to see one and I have a 4.5 cm mass on my uterus . And some gi issues . Zero Care Factor for patients and their needs!!! While under Dr Qureshi's care and after a routine test by another Dr. I was told a tumor was detected: possibly life threatening and affecting my nervous system and to contact neurologist asap to have them get involved in the diagnosis and treatment. The office messed up my shot procedure that I waited for weeks. They failed to get my doctors permission not to take a certain med prior to my shot. They notified me 2 days prior that they didn't do their job and dropped the ball. Now I have to wait longer for my pain relief. Total incompetence!!
