There is customer service and there is Phocos Customer service! I bought a Phocos Inverter 5KW/48 from Phocos Americas and I have been given the most professional and excellent customer service whenever I needed something - be it technical advice or parts. I would like to single out Ramon Tiburcio in sales and Jesus Suarez in the technical department for their prompt and helpful support. Thank you both and your whole team.
Excellent Product, Awesome support team! I got best of both worlds with Phocos. Special thanks to Jesus Suarez, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I am using Any-Grid and Any-Bridge products, keeps me up to date on power production. Will recommend them to anyone in a heart beat. Keep it up folks!
The Phocos Sales and Technical team are wonderful to work with. I needed a great deal of support and they were unstinting in their assistance, always replying to texts and emails promptly. They are both friendly and competent. I own one of their inverters and plan to purchase a complementary battery system from Phocos.
I'm thrilled with Phocos solutions for bringing off-grid solar electricity and refrigeration to developing countries and rural location. I'm particularly impressed with their charge controllers that are economical yet flexible. And Phocos refrigerator/freezers can be use in a remote area with just one solar panel powering it. Amazing. Great service as well.
I had an issue not being able to connect my MPPT (solar system controller) to my computer. I received a wonderful support from Phocos Americas even if the purchase of the equipment was done many years ago. I got that support until that the issue was resolved. They have been very patient and professional.
