I can not recommend working with Adam Klein. His approach was largely unstructured without any clear goal definition. Instead, his primary goal was to move his patient to a long term billing relationship. Finally, he failed to communicate his appointment cancellation policies - warning: 72 hours is insufficient notice for him and future appointments can only be cancelled in person.
