This place was SOO GOOD! Our server Brian was so phenomenal and kind. Brian was super attentive and was ON IT! As soon as a party was finished he was there and tidying up. I also watched him run a persons sweater to their car so they would not forget it. The restaurant is very clean and I would love to see them expand north to Bellevue/ Kirkland. Over all amazing experience and I will have to be back with friends and family!!!
Honestly a diamond in the rough! Don’t be fooled by the area it is in or the the building. When you walk in it’s amazing and it’s very clean and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. The gentleman Brian/Bryan serving us actually went above and beyond and when my girlfriend had gone to the bathroom he went out of his way when he saw that she wasn’t back for 10 minutes he went to reserve a hot plate for her since she only had taken a couple bites. So yummy
The whole place overall felt off. Customer service was uninspired. The bún bò Huế was a 7/10 for me mainly because of how oily it was. That’s also the first time I saw Viet coffee with that color. Prices are pretty high for Burien.
They stole my money!, I ordered online and when I went to pick the food up they told me they were out of what i ordered and they were not able to give me a refund! They stole my money!
