This place is a mess. Every time I come in, it’s a completely different staff, and it’s obvious there’s little to no training. The employee taking my order couldn’t even get a simple order right, which shouldn’t happen. Management doesn’t seem to care either. The manager always looks sloppy and unprofessional, and the whole place feels disorganized. I was not sure what I wanted to get because everything looked amazing! We were visiting from southern California so I thought we have seen it all when it came to boba but this placed proved me wrong. The owner was so kind and introduced me to all of their new flavors that all sounded amazing. I asked for a recommendation and she told me about the vanilla and coffee smoothie which was so new to me but I ended up loving it so much! My group tried it and ended up getting some themselves! Sweet heard of Moses. This shop is incredible. The attention to detail and taste is lovely. We ordered mango boba, tofu lemongrass bahn mi and lavender smoothie. Excellent service and food quality. Thank you!
