Did a Uber order for the apecial bun mi sandwich. The head chesecheese was really dry and hard. Literally couldn't eat it. I ordered on Easter so might be due to people not eating meat for the past few days. Or what the issue was. I have purchased same order before and never had issues.
Unfortunately, this restaurant has done far downhill. They used to make great food and had great service. Now, their food is mediocre at best, too expensive, and their service is terrible. Takeout is a joke. They will tell you 10-15 minutes, then you show up 15 minutes later, and have to wait another 30 minutes for the order you already paid for. One of the best bowls of pho my wife and i have had anywhere, prices are comparatively reasonable, tasty appetizers, clean premises, and attentive and friendly service. We will definitely return.
