This restaurant was all over social media when they first opened. I waited for a few months til the hype died down ti make my visit. Ive always eaten at pho 75 or pho sate, theyve been my “go to”. First time eating a northern pho. Alot of places say the meat is “filet mignon” and its not but Pho Thin used high quality filet mignon beef or some high quality tenderloin beef. I just got back from a month in Hanoi and was excited to try this place out but left highly disappointed. The Pho broth was very bland and the meat was subpar. I tried adding a bunch of garlic and lime and that didn't help. For the true pho-natics... I'd recommend avoiding this place completely. I ordered the P5 and didn't even finish my bowl.
