Pho Than is good. You won't be blown away but the food is a functional "fast-food-like" pho outlet. Prices are ok, flavor is average but you do get a decent pho. The cream puff they give is quite addictive though.
Great pho. The best meat is Gan, the soft tendon!

My favorite pho in Seattle. Tasty broth. Generous noodles. Comes with cream puffs. Comes in small - XL bowls. Great value, especially if you are a hungry boy.
