Pho Thai Express has quickly become one of my favorite spots on Main Street in Montpelier. I had been craving pho for weeks, and this place absolutely did not disappoint. I ordered the pho with chicken, noodles, and bone broth, and it was exactly what I was looking for. The broth was rich, comforting, and packed with flavor, making it perfect for a cold Vermont day or honestly any day when you're craving something warm and satisfying. Our Asian family stopped here for lunch en route from Boston to Montreal and were pleased with the duck noodle soup, kimchi ramen, drunken noodles (very spicy!), and Thai ice coffees and tea. The mango sticky rice was especially delicious. Prices and portions were good. Service was friendly and prompt. We appreciated the clean bathroom.

Best Thai in Montpelier hands down. I eat here regularly and have always enjoyed delicious food, generous portions, and good prices.
Favorite Thai restaurant in Vermont. Definitely check it out if you’ve never been. The khao soi and the tom kha are our staples. And the crab Rangoon is the best you’ll ever have by far-light and flakey!
