I usually get my pho to-go, but this place has great quality pho and the people are very kind! They pack the pho nicely for you to eat it at home to take to someone else [especially of there's not feeling well!] I enjoy their special with almost everything [I tent to skip the meat balls, and I enjoy beef broth every time!] The place is usually pretty relaxing and quiet, and they do allow for people to call and order ahead as well.
By the other reviews I’m not the only one I see. Ordered my food online , went to the wrong location . So drove to the one in El Cajon , when I opened the door I’m guessing the owner , the only person in there and sitting at a table looked at me in such disgust, didn’t say hello or anything , it was very weird . I said hi I’m here for a pick up . Still didn’t say anything . Then he said “did you fall asleep?” And I said no I went to your other location by mistake . 1st time there. Customer service was awful. Very disrespectful!!!! Apparently it was the owner at the register. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THAT.
