Considering a small little amount of beef, a pho bowl is not worth the price at all. You can get a better pho at somewhere else in Des Moines and it is way cheaper. Plus the noodle is completely mushy and overcooked. I gave recommendation to owner for better noodle next time, but he made an excuse that noodles are homemade . I don’t care if its is homemade or not, if it is mushy, it is mushy. Won’t come back this restaurant at all even i live close to Des Moines.
