Kevin Le, manager at Arlington's Pho '95 restaurant for some eight years, has taken the leap and opened his own Vietnamese restaurant in the Pioneer Village shopping center off Collins just north of Pioneer Parkway. Le joins a slew of Vietnamese restaurants in the area, but his tidy little restaurant is a cut above your basic strip soup stop.

YUMMY DELICiOUS! The pho here is always good. Pho is good no matter what you do anyway! This place has great value and you can get full for less than $10!
Delicious pho gret place to eat the wonderful meat and noodle soup. Fab servce and great food, you feel really welcome here. They have plate dishes in many different flavors. And the prices are so good!
