Fantastic food and perfect location! I had a wonderful meal at Pho-nomenal. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. I was very impressed by the overall hospitality. Plus, the location is so convenient right next to Walmart, making it easy to stop by. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great Vietnamese food in Windsor!
Phonomenal is an excellent place all around. The mango salad is absolutely divine. My go to is the veggie pho with Tofu. The service is great and the atmosphere is so clean! Definitely a great place!
I stopped in on a whim and grabbed a bowl to go. I ordered 206 - it was amazing! Large portion and it was so very tasty, I will definitely be back! The place is very clean and tidy, service was quick and they were super nice.
