First time eating Pho. Was delicious. Large portion of beef an plenty of fresh vegetables and Thai Basil. Nice and hot just the way I like it.
Had the #10 Medium Rare Steak & Well-done Brisket w/ Beef Broth noodle soup. Top shelf. Fantastic. Broth was so flavorful and the meat portion was good and of good quality. Noodles: great. Toppings: fresh. Didn't need any condiments whatsoever. I also ordered pot stickers and they did not appear to have been stuck to anything at any point They arrived slightly warmer than room temp and got cold pretty quick but they were, at least, tasty.
