One of my favorite Pho places in North York, with great affordable prices. However as of late, everytime I go there with my family, the restaurant is closed like what other reviewers are saying. The hours online and at the store says they close at 9:00 PM sharp, but lately every time we go there between 5-6 PM, the restaurant is already closed. Lights completely dimmed or dark inside. Called to place an order, number isn't registered. Went online to place a mobile order, they weren't accepting orders despite having opened at 11. Went in person to make an order 30 min after opening, and their doors were closed. Hours were falsely advertised, poor customer service, more so a lack of to begin with.
Great pho restaurant! Prices are very reasonable and the pho was delicious. The broth was flavorful and portions generous. Fresh shrimp rolls were also excellent. The restaurant is clean and the service was friendly and quick. Will definitely come back again!
