Customer service needs work. Called today 14 times to place an phone order and it was busy. Checked hrs of operation and yes they were open. I walked in and as usual the staff is eating at the table next to the register and on their phones (unprofessionally). When I informed the staff the phone was busy they noticed the phone was off the hook for 3 hours and chuckled. No apologies just took my order/money and back to eating and surfing the Internet.
