We normally go to Pho Kup because they're good with allergies and the food is always solid. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience tonight. I requested no lime because of an allergy, but right on top there was a lime wedge, so not ideal to start. The rice noodles were overcooked and about halfway through turned into mush. Received the worst possible food poisoning from this place! Would not recommend .

Yeah I wouldn't eat this place if you want some pho. Lacked flavor and was just noodles in a cup and broth wasn't even close to what pho broth taste like. This whole tin can alley isn't what it used to be.

We were in the area for a doctor's appointment and after looking at lunch options, I decided it was time to try Pho. Also, it's Tincan Alley so there were plenty of other choices there. I had the udon/tofu/veggie broth. It was excellent. I'm now eager to seek out other vegetarian pho offerings in the area. (disclaimer--I didn't ask any questions about how vegetarian it is and no longer really care to that extent). I really loved that they lightly fried/baked their tofu!
