Foods are not good in comparison to places I’ve been traveling to like San Jose, California or Philly. Service is not thoughtful and caring to customers - they didn’t come to clean up or replace plates when we call 4-5 dishes- imagined how you can have a meal on a table full of dirty plates and new dishes?! I forgot my jacket and when I call, at the first call, they were so rude and rushed to say that they didn’t see anything. Then a day later they called me back and said they found my jacket and I asked them to hold onto it... read more

The tiniest amount of beef you’ll ever receive in the pho. It’s good, but that’s pretty sad. Said no cilantro, they loaded it up. Overall not too impressed. Oh, the bean sprouts were bad. As in expired. And very dirty.

Love this place! The Pho, the bun Bo hue, the chicken and rice plate and crab rangun are our go-to’s! Also the owner is so sweet to my two boys every time we visit!

The restaurant was clean, the service was very nice, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was okay overall. However, I was very disappointed to see a 3.5% convenience fee added to the bill. I feel that extra fees like this should be clearly disclosed upfront so customers know what to expect. Overall, it was a good experience, but the 3.5% convenience fee definitely left me disappointed.

The service here has gone from simply bad to aggressively rude . They seemingly have little knowledge of the online ordering system or how it works. Food is decent but best bet is ordering via phone or in person, if your time allows. Unfortunately, only Vietnamese place local, but others are better with a LOT nicer service. Be prepared to wait upwards of an hour for an online order since they’re making it when you walk in.
