Enjoyable Pho There are a couple of Pho Hoa in the area. Always a good exepreince - fast food soup. I am partial to the chicken. The spring rolls nothing to write home about - but the Pho is. Recommend it for a quick and easy lunch
Pho Hoa Restaurant - Well, it's OK You can find Pho Hoa almost everywhere in the USA now. This one in downtown Renton is ok compared to the other one, especially in CA. For a fast noodle soup or dish of rice it is fine. I don't like them to serve their coffee in a plastic cup. Will go back for a quick bite only.
