Just wante to say thank you Pho Hoa for having my large family and myself there last night. I made reservations for our large group ahead of time and they made sure we were able to sit together. The customer service and the food was the best. Although we had a large group 23 people total and different checks they made sure we were taken care of. The older gentleman is mean and talks very sharp when he gets mad. He does not seem to have customer service skills to be dealing with the public anymore.
The West Side Pho Hoa needs a little training class on how to be friendly to customers and provide good customer service. There have been more than a few (unrelated) reviews mentioning that the staff was rude. I had my own little negative experience with them a couple of years ago. They do make excellent food and its presentation is very nice. I've finally decided I will go only to the Hawks Prairie location. (Not west side)

My parents and us had been coming here for years. Throughout the years servers changed, their preference for serving people of their own race changed as well but overall we always went there for their flavorful broth and Always ate the Number 11 Seafood Combination Pho. I don’t know who pay for you to do this. But if this mistake, we already say sorry, and not charged for whole your family dinner of 4 ( remember whole 4 member).
