A dirty place – i was a long time customer of this restaurant at this location until one day i came to dine with my daughter and we had been seated next to the kitchen. I decided to leave right away because of the very strong bad odor from inside the kitchen. The odor is a combination of a decomposed foods in the garbage and the dirty environment where the foods are to prepare. This odor could not make me stay longer even my daughter and i were starving. I made a huge mistake eating here for many years before and i really fe... read more

Pho Hoa - Good Vietnamese Food, Good Service, Great Price! – This place is great. I've dined here at least a dozen times in the past six months. You can actually get a delicious Vietnamese meal for $10. Try the Cuan Goi (Summer shrimp roll) appitizer for $3 I think . Now I know there are zillions of Vietnamese restaurants in Philly, believe me this one is one of the best! A favorite entree of mine is the filet of salmon in a sweet and peppery "Sriratcha" type sauce -- yum! New to Vietnamese cuisine? The menu has pictures of ... read more

best pho in town – this place is great. my husband & i go out for pho at least twice a week and this is the best we've tried so far. there are so many pho joints in town and most of them are very good, but the broth (which is really the most important thing) cant be beat. in addition to that, the vietnamese coffee is great and they also offer a ton of different bubble teas is you want to have a little fun with the drinks. the service here is better than any of the pho houses we've been to. if your looking for a good noodle s... read more

Great tasting Pho. – It's an great place to eat because I have gone here since I was a child. I remember my parents love this place, as well as my uncle. It's very quick, great service, and tasting food food to eat in Downtown. On the other hand, not a well place to hang out with because of the neighborhood, also parking is rough to find, but other than that, it's A okay. One more thing, average on clean restaurant.

Good, cheap pho noodles and rice plates – This is a no frills restaurant but good when you're looking for a quick, easy bite. They have the usual variety of pho noodles along with a whole other selection of rice plates and cold noodles. Most of it is tasty and very authentic. The neighborhood can be a little sketchy, and parking at certain times a bit tricky, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Pho for Beginners... – A great spot for Pho, but for the discriminating new to the I District traveler...I wouldn't call it spotless...at least as far as far as things like the ladies room go. But for the adventurous, it's got great Pho! There's a photo menu and you can start with something as straightforward as Steak Pho (thin silced steak) in a great meat broth with rice noodles. It comes with a side of bean sprouts, a sprig of basil, and a wedge of lime. If there's two of you. plan to share it. You can also get minced fre... read more
