The pho here was amazing! The broth was rich and flavorful, and the beef was perfect. A great spot for dinner during my business trip. The prices are on the higher side but reasonable for the quality, so it's worth considering. I will definitely come back!
Good service and very nice interior
I went here because I saw Ali Wong’s recs and couldn’t be happier! Best pho in all restaurants I tried! Not as great as my aunt’s homemade pho haha but Pho Ha Noi is literally the best money can buy! Service is excellent and attentive! We had a great time. Ambience is nice and classy. Clean and tidy as well. Portion is perfect for the nice balance of broth, noodle, and meat. I never order 2 dishes at once but I had to order extra noodle and beef ribs because it was so good!

I've tried their San Jose location before and wanted to check out this new location. I ordered the P1. Combination Beef Pho, which comes with tender beef cuts and fresh noodles. Their pho was phenomenal; the broth was fragrant and rich. The beef was flavorful, juicy, and tender. And I found out they use Harris Ranch Angus beef, which explains why the meat tasted so good.
