I had the Lemongrass Chicken, but maybe that was my mistake. My main complaint is that the chicken was dry and I could not taste lemongrass. I wonder if the chicken was precooked. The whole dish was covered in peanut sauce which was fine, but I think it should have been on the side. The best part of the meal was the cabbage that worked really well with the peanut sauce. The service was good.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the pho itself was actually very good. I came in after a long day of work, really hungry and looking forward to sitting down and enjoying my food. When I walked in, I was asked if my order was for here or to go, and I said for here. I ordered at the counter and was told it would take about 15 minutes. Order ahead of u want food to go. I ordered the mashed banana in wrap. Only $1 each. I bought 10. They r fried. Maybe Air fryer cause not greasy, but crispy n browned slightly. Highly recommend.

As someone who orders Chicken Laab (Larb) at almost every Thai restaurant I visit, I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur of the dish. Unfortunately, my recent order at Pho Chang Thai was hands down the worst version I have ever eaten. Authentic laab should be a vibrant explosion of bold flavors and fresh ingredients: lime juice, fish sauce, mint, cilantro, green onions, and shallots.
