We found this place in the tree lined neighborhood in west Philly after my son’s Dr appointment. Friendly staff that helped us with the menu. Family run with mom in the kitchen, dad doing dad stuff. I got the salt and pepper shrimp that was very good, perfectly cooked and seasoned m woke had the tom yum pho which was okay, it was big and full of noddles and seafood, they added coconut milk that made it more curry than tom yum. Best place to get pho, I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years and it’s always amazing. The fried egg rolls are the best definitely the top recommendation
