This used to be one of my favorite pho places but now it has gone downhill maybe new owners???? Bad service, came in and waited almost 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us after being seated so we just left and went somewhere else. I can see a lot of bad reviews recently.
7pm Wednesday evening. There were you only 4 occupied tables. 4 of us came in and were seated, then ignored for 8 minutes. Needless to say, we bailed. Good luck with that business model. After eating here more than 30 times, this will be our last time. Everything looks slightly different inside and it looks like there might be new owners. It also smells nasty in there now, like sewage or something. Yuk.
Went there for lunch. We have 5 people but somehow tips is automatically added for 18%. Automatic tips should be 6 or up.

I was conflicted on leaving a review as this place is genuinely the best tasting pho I have tasted in the northern part of Colorado. The waiter we had today seemed to be new so I’m hoping this is just a matter of lack of experience. First the people seated next to us had been trying to get his attention multiple times before he finally acknowledged them.
