Their poke bowls are almost entirely customizable, they have so many options! The drinks were also fresh and delicious, my partner and I tried the brown sugar milk tea, and the strawberry lemonade, and they were both amazing options to beat the heat!

As someone who grew up in Southern California in a large Vietnamese community and has visited Vietnam many times, I can usually tell pretty quickly when a restaurant captures authentic Vietnamese flavors. I was happy to find that the pho here really delivered. I ordered the beef pho, and the broth was rich, flavorful, and tasted very close to what I grew up eating. The best summer rolls I’ve ever had! And I’m not saying that lightly—I’ve tried Vietnamese restaurants and pho all over Paris, across France, and even in the US, and these were by far my favorite. The summer rolls were incredibly fresh. The cilantro and cucumber made them so light and refreshing, and you could tell they had just been made. The freshness was outstanding. Got a tofu banh mi and it was delicious! The ingredients were fresh and they gave plenty of tofu. I was pleased with the size of the sandwich and how easy it was to find vegetarian options. Definitely a great spot for a chill lunch or dinner.
