I really love the pho here! The broth is delicious, and this has become one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, and the food is consistently good. I do have one small question about the pricing. Last time, I asked for a small extra bowl of pho broth for my baby, since she mainly wanted to drink the broth. The best Vietnamese food I had in Santa Fe NM. Really enjoyed the deep flavor of the beef and tripe pho as well as the shrimp vermicelli. Good portions and reasonably priced food.
Fantastic! Fresh and very tasty. This will be my weekly pho spot! I just moved here from Atlanta, Ga and this place makes me feel like I’m home!
Authentic Vietnamese sandwiches should have a crusty, airy baguette, savory meats, pâté, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs. Unfortunately, this sandwich fell far short—the roll was undercooked, there was no pâté, and the flavor was lacking. The service was equally disappointing. The waiter failed to mention the extra charge for fish sauce and took my plate before I had finished. A huge disappointment. It tasted more like Subway than an authentic Vietnamese bánh mì.
Pho was exceptional. Silky and flavorful and the added steak was the perfect compliment.. Will definitely be back when we're in town again!
