Love this place!
I went here for the first time today. The owner and staff are very friendly. The pho was excellent. I got the P5. The broth is best in Sarasota. I'll be back
I ordered carryout from Pho99 yesterday and am so happy I did! I moved to Sarasota a year ago from the Northern Virginia metro area (Fairfax County), just south of Washington DC and the Potomac River. Being accustomed to hundreds of restaurants from highly diverse countries, I wasn't ready to be horribly disappointed after dining at Sarasota County restaurants, even those which were "highly rated" restaurants by the locals and tourists. Hands down the best Pho in the area. Rich broth and made exactly to order. The chicken soup is also amazing with fresh strips of chicken. The pork nap buns are delicious, with fresh buns, perfectly marinated pork and fresh vegetables. Their egg rolls are also on point. Flavorful and crispy. This is an absolute must- visit.
My mother and I went to the restaurant on February, ordering went smoothly and efficiently, the food was delicious, the service was prompt, and the staff were friendly. The existence of this restaurant proves that Asian restaurants in Sarasota are fully capable of delivering top class cuisine and service. If others fail to do so, it is not because they lack the ability, but because they choose not to. The dining in Sarasota as a whole is rather chaotic, if I were to review the city as a whole, I would not recommend it.
