I'm very picky about the pho but PHO 99 have a Good pho and Vietnamese coffee. First time travel to florida and see the right place.
First time here. Came on a weekday at 12 noon and it was empty. The owner greeted me immediately. Sat and ordered the pho dac biet and a honeydew boba. The restaurant is clean and aesthetic. The food came out fast and hot and was delicious. Highly recommend with a squirt of hoisen and a little Sriracha if you've never had pho. Will be coming back. Notes: is wheelchair accessible.
Wanted to get something nice on my way home from work for sick family members to feel better. Tried to call ahead, no answer, online ordering not available. Went to the restaurant, sign on door says closed Thursday - Monday. Nothing on the website. Nothing on the voicemail. Seems reasonable to expect the voicemail or the website could have been updated to give people a heads up.
Im from Texas and glad to stop by at this restaurant . It is hard to find good vietnamese restaurant . Its all good overall
