Terrible service. Went in twice for just some bubble tea. And had to wait for over minutes each time. On top of that the servers were rude and unhelpful.
The food is excellent, but the customer service has consistently fallen short. Guests aren’t greeted upon entry, water often arrives late, and on a few visits I’ve had to ask multiple times for someone to take our order or to ring us out. Staff (two females working the front) frequently appear distracted, disappear to the kitchen, either talking among themselves, watching TV, or on their phones.
