Pho #1 Vietnamese Restaurant is easily one of the best places to eat in Harlingen. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with friendly service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. This was the fifth time I went to go eat pho. The waitress thought I said, spring rolls. She brought them to the table. I told her, I didn’t want spring rolls. She took it back. I got the bill, they don’t put anything on the bill just letters. I went pay, I thought it was a little expensive for the pho and tea. I paid, left a tip. When I got home, I saw the receipt, they charged me for the spring rolls. That is crazy. I don’t think I will return after that. Fool me once and I’ll look for an honest place to eat.
